Hosted by: Aaron Harris, Product Manager
This article serves as a resource for learning how to use Aimbase reporting for monitoring important lead, sales, and satisfaction data. Below you will find information on the four reports that we covered in detail and a guide on general Power BI reporting functionality.
Lead Count Report
The Lead Count Report helps you understand where your leads are being captured and the type of lead requests you are receiving from your customers. In this report, you will see a breakdown of the lead type, lead category, and lead source. You can also view the top products and campaigns, understand when your prospects are the most active and their location.

Dealer Response Activity
The Dealer Response Activity Report allows you to see data pertaining to if your dealers are viewing their leads and how soon after they receive the leads the dealer is viewing them. This data is important for your organization because it allows you to promote the conversion of leads to sales and set goals for your dealers and sales team for lead follow up times.
Closed Sales Count Report
The Closed Sales Count Report is a powerful tool that gives you visibility into how many of your leads have converted to sales.
