Overview
The Industry Survey Recap Report is being combined with the existing Survey Recap Report to create a single, consolidated view. This updated report brings together marine industry data collected directly from our platform. The goal of this change is to simplify navigation and provide a more complete snapshot of survey performance within one unified report location.
The Recap report still includes key performance metrics, trends, and satisfaction data at both the brand and industry levels. You will be able to see survey results and export data just as before.
Before this update, there were two separate reports: the Industry Survey Recap and the Recap.
Industry Survey Recap that has been retired:
Industry Survey Recap provided combined NMMA marine industry-level metrics and trends.
In its previous location, Under Reports > Industry Survey Recap there was a column labeled industry, where you could see the survey response data collected for all participating brands.

Updated Recap Report
The Recap report now displays NMMA Marine Industry data.
In your Survey Recap dashboard, you will now see a new section alongside KPIs that shows the response rate for the Industry. We have also added industry data for Overall Boat, Overall Dealer, Overall Engine, and Service Dealer Overall Satisfaction.

Under the NPS tab of the report, there is now a new column showing this Industry data month over month, as well as the total score for the date range selected.

3. What happened to the old Industry Survey Recap report?
The previous Industry Survey Recap report has been retired. It used to include an “Industry” column showing aggregated data from all participating NMMA brands. All relevant information now appears within the updated Recap Report.
4. Where can I now find industry-level marine survey data?
Industry-level data is now integrated directly into the Recap report. This includes KPIs, response rates, and satisfaction metrics for Overall Boat, Overall Dealer, Overall Engine, and Service Dealer.
5. What new information is available in the updated Recap Report?
You’ll see:
- A new Industry Response Rate section alongside standard KPIs
- Added Industry-level satisfaction metrics for key categories
- A new Industry column under the NPS tab, showing month‑over‑month industry performance and totals for the selected date range
6. Can I still export survey result data?
Yes. Export functionality remains available in the same way as before.
