Ratings & Reviews Feature
AimBASE offers a Ratings and Reviews feature in which you can collect reviews from customers that complete CSI surveys and post them on your Brand website.

How Ratings & Reviews Work
When a customer completes a survey with a positive response a review will trigger for them to complete. The customer can give a 1-5 star rating, a review title and a review.

* Note: There is a 200 character limit for the Review Title and a 500 character limit for the Review
If they do not complete the review at that time, we then send out a reminder email offering one more opportunity to complete a review.
Where to Find Ratings & Reviews
Under Satisfaction there is a Reviews tab.

How to Post a Review
Reviews will automatically flow into the Reviews grid in AimBASE. From there the Reviews can be clicked on and evaluated.

After evaluating the data, you can choose to Approve for Website and the Review will be sent to your Brand site. There is also an option to flag the review as a featured review. The featured review will appear at the top of your reviews on your Brand website.
If the review is not fit for your Brand site you can Deactivate the review.

The deactivated reviews will only show on the grid if you filter by Active: No. You can always choose to reactivate the review at a later date.

When in the grid view you can click Expand to read the full review. You can also click Export to export the data into an Excel sheet.


In order to keep the integrity of all reviews, the data may not be edited.

1. What is the Ratings & Reviews feature in AimBASE?
AimBASE provides a Ratings & Reviews feature that allows brands to collect customer reviews from CSI survey respondents and publish them on their brand website. This feature is available to all CSI clients.
2. How are customer reviews triggered?
When a customer completes a survey with a positive response, a review request is automatically triggered. Customers can leave a 1–5 star rating, a review title, and a full written review.
3. Are there limits on review title or review length?
Yes. The review title is limited to 200 characters, and the full review is limited to 500 characters.
4. What happens if a customer doesn’t complete their review right away?
If the customer does not complete the review when prompted, AimBASE sends one reminder email offering another chance to submit the review.
5. Where can I find Ratings & Reviews in AimBASE?
The Reviews section is located under Satisfaction → Reviews within AimBASE.
6. How do reviews flow into AimBASE and the brand website?
Submitted reviews automatically populate the Reviews grid in AimBASE, where users can evaluate them and choose to Approve for Website, sending them to the brand site.
7. What options do I have when managing individual reviews?
You can:
- Approve reviews for website publishing
- Flag a review as a featured review (displayed at the top of your brand website’s reviews)
- Deactivate reviews that should not appear on the brand site
- Reactivate previously deactivated reviews if needed
8. Can reviews be edited in AimBASE?
No. For data integrity, review content cannot be edited.
9. How can I view or export customer reviews?
Within the Reviews grid, you can:
- Click Expand to read the full review
- Click Export to download the review data into an Excel file
